Microblading is not a one-and-done price. The headline session is the start; touch-ups are what keep the look - and what shape the true cost. This is a cost comparison only, not medical or cosmetic-procedure advice.
The two kinds of touch-up
The first is the perfecting touch-up at 6-8 weeks, which finishes the initial work. In 2026 it runs about $100-$350 (often $125-$200), and some artists fold it into the original price. The second is the annual color boost, a yearly refresher that restores faded pigment for about $150-$350 - usually 50-60% of the original session.
Is the touch-up included?
Sometimes. Many artists include the 6-8 week perfecting session in the quoted price, but plenty charge it separately, so always confirm before booking. The difference can swing your first-year total by a couple hundred dollars.
What it means per year
Spread the initial session plus perfecting touch-up across an 18-month lifespan, then add one annual color boost, and the amortized cost typically lands around $450-$700 a year. Use the calculator on the hub page to plug in your own quote and see your cost per year and per day.
